Release prep v5.5: version bump, About changelog, release notes

- csproj <Version> 5.4 -> 5.5.
- About box: prepend the v5.5 entry (UPnP close-hang fix + keyboard shortcuts on
  every dialog).
- RELEASE_NOTES.md rewritten for v5.5.

With the "open my router's port automatically" option turned on, closing RemSound could hang — on the way out it asks the router to close the port again, and a slow or fussy router left the window stuck waiting.
